Finding Inspiration in Every stroke

During lockdown, like many others, I found the time to express myself through watercolour painting. I do not claim that they are all originals, I am learning my skills by copying others artwork, or doing a different version of their artwork. Some of my paintings, however, are originals. Please note, I paint purely for my own pleasure and do not take commissions. They are all practice pieces. I hope you like them.

My Inspiration

I prefer to paint the female form. I am female, I have beautiful daughters and granddaughters, my mother was also a beautiful woman. I like to try and paint them with emotion, something that other women will recognise. Painting can be a powerful tool.
